Thank you for visiting the Megan Weisenbach Foundation website. If your family would like to request assistance, please complete the online Family Support Request application. Once you submit the form, the Foundation will receive your request by email. All requests are reviewed by the Foundation’s Family Support Committee, and you will be contacted within 30 days regarding the status of your application. Please provide as much detail as possible about your child’s needs and let us know how you learned about the Megan Weisenbach Foundation. This information helps us better understand how we may be able to assist your family. Because we strive to help as many families as possible each year, the Foundation is unable to fully fund large items such as handicap-accessible vans, wheelchairs, or similar equipment. However, we may be able to provide partial assistance toward these types of needs. The maximum amount of assistance available is $500.
